On LetDirect, landlords and sellers list their property and deal with tenants and buyers themselves. We check every listing by hand, and owners pay a once-off fee with no subscription.
Why we exist
Agencies and lead-reselling platforms add cost and delay to something that should be simple: an owner with a property, and a tenant or buyer who needs a home. We built LetDirect to put those two people in touch directly, with no resold leads and no listing that was let or sold three weeks ago.
How it works
Every listing on LetDirect is manually reviewed before it goes live. A once-off R0 verifies a landlord's identity and lists their property for 90 days, never a subscription, and never a fee taken from a tenant's rent. Selling works the same way: R0 lists a property for sale for 180 days, and buyers deal with the owner directly. Browsing is free, always - no account needed. Contacting a landlord or seller is free too, once you sign in: their phone number and WhatsApp are right there on the listing, no payment required.
