Questions about listing
Do I need to be a registered agency?
Not to list one property at a time: anyone can use the normal form, with no approval. To use bulk upload, you need a valid PPRA Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) number, which we check before you can upload.
How long does approval take?
Once you save your agency details, we check your FFC number, usually within 1 working day. We email you either way, and if we can't approve you yet, we tell you what to fix.
What goes in the spreadsheet?
Download the template from the bulk upload page. It has one row per property, an Example sheet with a filled-in row, and an Allowed values sheet that lists every option. Save it as Excel or CSV. Put all the photos in one ZIP, named by your own reference for each property (ABC-101-1.jpg, ABC-101-2.jpg), so each photo lands on the right listing.
What happens when the promo ends?
Listings go back to the normal price. You pay per listing, with no monthly fee and no contract. A rental listing is R99 and stays up for 3 months. A sale listing is R199 and stays up for 6 months.
Can I list properties for sale too?
Yes. Put rent and sale rows in the same spreadsheet, or list them one at a time with the normal form.
