Questions about listing
What does it cost?
Listings are R0 during our limited launch promo, normally R99 to rent and R199 to sell. A rental stays up for 3 months, and a sale listing for 6 months. There's no subscription, and nothing renews or charges you by itself.
How do I pay?
By EFT or SnapScan when you submit your listing. We confirm every payment by hand before your listing goes live.
How long before my listing goes live?
We check every listing by hand before it goes live. Once it's approved, it shows on the site straight away.
Why do you check every listing?
To keep scams off the site. We confirm that a real person is listing a real property, so buyers can trust what they see.
What can I list?
Houses, flats, townhouses, garden cottages and commercial property, anywhere in South Africa.
How many photos can I add?
Up to 50 photos, plus floor plans. Good photos get more enquiries. Use daylight, and include every room.
How do buyers contact me?
They send an enquiry through LetDirect. You get an alert, and you deal with them directly.
Can I change my listing after it's live?
Yes. Log in and open your listing in your dashboard to change the price, details or photos.
What happens when it's sold?
Mark it as Sold in your dashboard. It shows a Sold badge for a short time, then comes off the site.
